ABOUT
Sun Cruiser is Boston Beer Company's innovative hard tea vodka beverage, launched in 2025. Made with real brewed tea and premium vodka, Sun Cruiser offers a refreshing, non-carbonated alternative in the ready-to-drink market. With its distinctive cyan, yellow, and orange color palette featuring sunset imagery, the brand embodies a relaxed, leisurely lifestyle perfect for warm-weather enjoyment.
During my time at Boston Beer Company, I was tasked with solving a significant operational challenge for the Sun Cruiser brand team. As the brand expanded its presence at golf courses nationwide, the creative team was receiving numerous custom golf cart wrap requests, each requiring individual design work. This was creating workflow bottlenecks and inconsistent brand representation across venues. The Crystal Lake Golf Club request became the catalyst for developing a comprehensive solution that would benefit the entire organization.

SOLUTION & PROCESS
Instead of creating another one-off design, I developed a comprehensive system to address recurring workflow challenges. By creating modular elements adaptable to various cart configurations (4-seater, 6-seater, and beverage carts), I established consistent brand presentation while allowing for customization.
The system maintained key brand assets (Sun Cruiser logo, tagline, and sunset imagery) in standardized positions, with flexible areas for venue logos and custom messaging. I created a standardized order form that simplified requirements gathering for sales representatives and streamlined production for vendors.
This systematic approach transformed an inefficient, individualized process into a streamlined workflow, significantly reducing design time, proofing complexity, and production errors while maintaining brand integrity across all implementations.
